On behalf of all members of LES Japan Group, it gives us great pleasure to invite and welcome you to the LES Asia Pacific Regional Conference in Tokyo, JAPAN on September 3-4,2012.
The Theme of the Conference is "Maximizing the Value of Licensing Intellectual Properties in Pan Asia" which we hope will provide our friends not only in Pan-Asian region but in US/ European region to chance to share developments and insights on the latest that is happening in Licensing and IP. We have planned 2 plenary sessions and 5 workshops specially designed to target special areas for more in depth coverage of the theme to allow for interaction and discussion.

Come to Tokyo, Japan and enjoy the Conference for education, networking and building of ties.

I. Language
In each session of the conference, the official language is English. Simultaneous interpretation betweenEnglish and Japanese is available in each session of the conference except the Workshop 4 in the afternoon of the second day (September 4th).

(1) LES Members
  Early Registration (to Aug 22) 26,000 JPY/per 1 person
  Normal Registration (from Aug 23) 29,000 JPY/per 1 person
  Accompanying Family 15,000 JPY/per 1 person
     
(2) Non-LES Members/ An accompanying Family member of a Non-LES Members
  Early Registration (to Aug 22) 31,000 JPY/per 1 person
  Normal Registration (from Aug 23) 34,000 JPY/per 1 person
  Accompanying Family 18,000 JPY/per 1 person
     
(3)The Registration fee includes the following:
  (i) Free Admission for all sessions in the conference
  (ii) A set of conference documents
  (iii) Hospitality Lunches on the 1st and 2nd day of the conference
  (iv) Free Admission for the Reception Party (1st day)

3.How to Register (CLOSE)

Please complete the Registration Form via the web site and submit it online. Payment may be made in Japanese yen by credit card through the online payment system. VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB and DC cards are accepted. The link to the online payment system will be displayed when you confirm your registration. Please make sure to complete the payment screen, as your registration will not be considered final unless the payment transaction is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 2-3 days of the payment, please contact the secretariat.

4. Insurance, Loss or Damage of Registration

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Please note that LES and the Organizing Committee are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or consequential arising from cancellation of, participation in, or registration for this conference.

 
IV. Dress Code

The Japanese Cool-Biz style (Informal/Business informal/Casual/Business casual) is highly recommended for participants in all sessions, lunches and the reception party.

 
V. Cancellation Policy
1. Conference Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted to the secretariat in writing by e-mail or facsimile. Please note that the following cancelation charges are applicable, no later than 3:00PM July 30, 2012 and are subject to a JPY 3000 processing fee. If you request a refund, please state the pre-registrant's name and to whom the reimbursement should be made payable. Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. After August 1, all registrations including "no shows" are subject to the full registration fee.
You may send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra charge.


2. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation condition is subject to the cancellation policy of each hotel.
