INFORMATION
1. Registration
For registration, please fill in the registration form and e-mail to les@jiii.or.jp by June 22 (Japan time).
2. Accommodation
For Hotel reservation, please check a box in the attached registration form.
3. Option1: LESJ Golf Competition
The competition tour bus will depart from Sapporo Prince Hotel (through the other point by the situation) at 5:30 a.m.
The Option1(Golf Competition) has been closed because of reaching full members.
4. Option2: Tour
The tour bus will depart from Sapporo Prince Hotel at 9:00 a.m., New Chitose Airport at 10:30 a.m.
The lunch menu is Genghis Khan(Grilled Mutton Dish). If you do not prefer mutton, please let us know. We will prepare another menu.
You will take a walk In Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
The Option2 (Tour) has been closed because of reaching full members.
5. Payment
Please pay the Registration and Optional Tour Fee in Japanese Yen by June 22 pursuant to an invoice to be sent.
Please note that payment for accommodation is to be made at the Sapporo Prince Hotel. If you will stay at the hotel other than the Sapporo Prince Hotel, we will send you an invoice in advance and please pay the payment for accommodation pursuant to the invoice to be sent.
6. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, please notify LES Japan Administrative Office by e-mail (les@jiii.or.jp) immediately. The following Cancellation Fee will apply based on the date of notification of cancellation received by LES Japan Administrative Office. Our debit note will be sent to you in due course for your payment of Cancellation Fee. You are required to transfer the payment by bank remittance before the due date indicated in the invoice.
(i) Registration and Optional Tour
June 16 to June 22 (Japan time)：30% of the Fee plus bank charges
on and After June 23 (Japan time)：100% of the Fee plus bank charges
(ii) Accommodation
June 16 to June 22 (Japan time)：30% of the Fee plus bank charges
on and After June 23 (Japan time)：100% of the Fee plus bank charges
