LES Japan＆LES China Joint Meeting
Welcome to Japan!
LES Japan is honored and delighted to invite you to the LES Japan- LES China Joint Meeting in Tokyo, Japan, to be held on September 26-27, 2024.
We will provide a number of timely, business-oriented sessions, giving you opportunities to share developments and insights on the latest in licensing and IP in China and Japan.
There will be five panel discussions specially targeting particular areas for in-depth coverage, allowing for interaction and discussion. We have assembled a stellar cast of Keynote speakers, all of whom you will find stimulating and challenging.
This Meeting is not only a great way to keep abreast of developments in licensing and IP, but is also an opportunity to meet old friends, and make new ones. We encourage you to take advantage of our outstanding social programs and networking opportunities.

3. How to Register
・Please complete the Registration form which can be obtained from here, and return to les@jiii.or.jp
・Upon receiving your registration form, we will send you a debit note by reply e-mail. Please remit the registration fee by wire transfer.
・Please ensure that your registration fee is received in full by LES Japan Secretariat within the applicable registration period described in the debit note. If the full registration fee is not timely received, the secretariat has the discretion to decline the registration.
・The registration fee will be charged in United States Dollars.
・The Registration fee includes the fees for the joint meeting, lunch and dinner on 26th, as well as the optional tour except for lunch of USD20 on 27th.
・All bank/remittance charges and any associated charges should be borne by the participant and will not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
・If you don't receive the return e-mail with the debit note within 7 business days from your email with your registration form, please contact the secretariat.
4. Insurance, Loss or Damage of Registration
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Please note that LES and the Organizing Committee are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or consequential arising from cancellation of, participation in, or registration for this conference.
5. Dress Code
The Japanese Cool-Biz style (Informal, Business informal, Casual/Business casual) is highly recommended for participants in all sessions, lunches and the reception party.
6. Cancellation Policy
(1) Meeting Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted to the secretariat in writing by e-mail. Please note that the following cancelation charges are applicable, no later than 3:00 p.m. August 25. 2024 (Japan time) and are subject to a JPY 6,000 processing fee. If you request a refund, please state the pre-registrant's name and to whom the reimbursement should be made payable. Please note that all refunds will be made after the meeting. After 3:00 p.m. August 25, 2024 (Japan time), all registrations including "no shows" are subject to the full registration fee.
You may send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra charge.
(2) Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation condition is subject to the cancellation policy of each hotel.
7. Sponsorship
We strongly recommend that you take this opportunity to become a sponsorship. We will be extremely pleased if you join either one of the sponsorship packages.
